We manage the registration of participants and offer them support at many stages of preparation for conferences - from technical assistance with registration and payments to suggestions on travel and accommodation.

We provide administrative and financial services, including:

  • conference fees processing,
  • issuing invoices for participants,
  • purchase of airline tickets or refund of travel costs (for invited guests and speakers).

We coordinate tender procedures aimed at selecting subcontractors for particular elements of the event, such as:

  • catering and accompanying events program (banquets, gala parties)
  • organization of tourist program (trips, city tours)
  • transport services
  • preparation of conference materials and visual identification and aids of the event
  • providing professional translators and organization of simultaneous translation equipment
  •  booking accommodation for invited speakers and guests
At every stage of preparation, we cooperate with sponsors, exhibitors and subcontactors and we make sure that their services meet the highest standards and the expectations of the organizers and participants of the event.
